    The item was described as open box which it was but it was not exactly as anticipated. It arrived on time, priced as a huge value but contained a few scratches that we did not expect. I asked the seller for a refund and he agreed without issue. Thank you for this no hassle refund.

    The item came without some vital parts, so the seller told me to go ahead and buy the parts and he would reimburse me for them -- they did so immediately, so I got slowed down a little, but I'll have the whole package soon. I appreciate the good business practices. Thanks!

    Bought two of the same item. Items were open box but in new condition. No issues, exactly as described in the listing. Shipping was very fast. Transaction was very smooth. Seller is highly recommended. The items are original, and high quality Delta accessories. Much better value than paying full price.

    Amazing seller. Item was described perfectly. Well worth the money for this item. Item was delivered very quickly and the sellers communication was awesome.
