Good value compared with local suppliers who wanted about 20% more and unable to deliver in less than 7 days. Communication was very good and dispatch and delivery timescale was fast and excellent, less than 4 days from order to delivery on my doorstep. Both Wall Brackets Broken Plastic Mount Holes SNAPPED OFF Arrived Broken in UNOPENED SEALED Display PKG. So Do Not Think this is Down too the POSTMEN or Carriers. ? Item was SENT out Posted DAMAGED. The grout ordered appeared to be the last in a large batch. I raised a concern about the expiry date and the seller responded very quickly and resolved my problem. Having opened the package that looked like the delivery person drove over it before handing it to my neighbour. Wish people used another delivery service to RM nothing but bad experience with them
