  Item arrived with the outer wrap and interior original box heavily damaged. It should've been protected with an outer box over original box. Luckily for me, the item was still in good condition and functional. Item was shipped quickly. The pictures in the sellers listing did not show damage to original box, so it most likely got damaged during the shipping process. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

  I received 4 wine glasses and one was broken at the stem. This was in no way the sellers fault. He couldn't have wrapped them better and placed them in bubble wrap in the box. I believe that if the carriers see "fragile" on the box, they throw the box, so that it lands on concrete, or just don't know what the word "fragile" means. Thank you to the seller for doing the best job possible

  Item was packed perfectly but broke in shipping due to USPS mishandling most likely. Shipper asked for a photo and immediately refunded me. Top seller that obviously cares.
