  Initially, I received an incomplete product. I reached out to the seller to find a solution. He communicated a little more slowly than I would have liked, but not unreasonably so (I just really wanted the missing parts). He let me know when the missing part was on the way and that arrived only one day late (a USPS misdirection). In the end, I got everything I should have and installed it easily. Good price, fair shipping, and helpful person.
