    The seller is an honest individual that is very transparent in dealing with his customers. The thermometer broke as he was packaging, he reached out right away and informed me and inquired if I was still interested in it. He then discounted the item so I could replace the thermometer. He was more than fair and shipping was fast Item was exactly as described, packaged well and at a great price.

    Somehow the first try didn't go well. The package wasn't tracked and got lost. When reported lost, the seller returned my complete cost with no problem at all. Then, the item was returned to the seller and I bought it again. Was sent with tracking and arrived just fine. Thanks for all the patience.
