    A wonderful seller. Great communication and positive attitude. My package was lost in the mail. I don't feel like it's the seller's responsibility to issue a refund. I think that is eBay's policy and they should step in. This seller was great and did above and beyond! More than they needed to do. Ebay should refund the seller for refunding me. 5 stars

[The following is no fault of the seller: In my 20+ years with eBay, I don't remember an item taking longer or taking a more circuitous path to delivery. The item made 3 stops in Georgia, Washington D.C., Ohio, Missouri, New Mexico, Arizona and 4 stops in California. Egad.]

    Great seller! Purse arrived quickly and as described. Was securely packaged in a nice box not crammed in a bag or small box so that the shape remained. Accepted best offer. Loved the purse! Would buy again from this seller! No problem!
