    Card that came was in excellent condition. It came in a penny sleeve, top loader, in a regular mailing envelope. Vendor said the card would be sent as soon as the mail strike was over. (Seller communication was great). Shipping cost was okay. Can't comment on shipping time. Would purchase from vendor again.
