  I love quality of bags, condition new, value good, appearance great, there was some kind of confusion with the shipping, I don't know what happened? That was not made clear to me. I was worried & thought that it might be some kind of scam but Thankfully that was not the case & I did receive my package. There was a mix up with the tracking number? Per UPS. The order? Someone ended up sending it Amazon. eBay, seller, supplier as the seller suggested. Just Glad to have my package finally Not again!

  Quality items, well-packaged, arrived in new condition, good value. Seller contacted me before shipping to address an issue with items' condition. They offered a suitable solution and the package arrived on my doorstep less than 48 hours later! Great communication, great seller, will do business with them again soon! A+

  They arrived in great shape the seller had to send them out a couple of times they were delivered 2 different places but like I told them they were sent to the correct address but got delivered somewhere else I blame the postal service not the seller they were very supportive and didn’t hesitate to respond great customer service

  I thought I had ordered an item from the seller’s home or storage location, since the listing included a photo that wasn’t taken from a website. Instead, the item was delivered by Amazon, which wasn’t what I wanted. However, the seller kindly apologized, gave me a return code, and refunded my purchase. I am grateful that the seller stayed in communication with me and made it right, so I see that as a positive.

  Brand new items arrived in exact condition as stated. No tracking information given until a week after delivery. No communication; just arrived at my door one day and dropped shipped from Amazon. Very strong quality magnets that can be used for a variety of shop applications.
