    The shipping was good. The packaging was safe and secure. The item was exactly as described and the value was great. But the most important part is this is the best seller I have ever dealt with in eBay. There was a problem with the electronics in the item. This seller kept in constant contact until it was resolved. He went above and beyond. Please use this seller above all others if he has what you need. I rate him 5 stars plus.

    Excellent seller. Communicated very well and resolved a mailing issue satisfactorily ( It was a USPS issue - not the seller ). The packaging was good. The item was as described and was actually better upon my inspection. It was a great value and I’m satisfied with the item and the seller. I recommend this seller.

    Item ended up not working for me, but still deserves positive feedback. Item was mostly as described. Was in fact brand new, in sealed box. However, there was some confusion on what was included in the box. I purchased this for the additional attachments as described, but unfortunately they were not included. Good communication with the seller before and after the sale. He tried to help resolve the issue. Fast shipping and packaged well. Overall, I do recommend this seller!

    Item arrived on-time in excellent condition - brand new / factory sealed, as pictured! - and still under warranty - for about 1/3 of the retail cost. Talk about value! It's great getting this level of quality when buying tech online. Packaging & shipping was flawless. Good experience. I highly recommend this Seller.
