    Item was in perfect condition, arrived just as described. Item packed very nicely. Super happy with the value. From the day I paid until the day the seller shipped the package was 15 days. No communication from seller until I reached out to ask when my item was going to ship. I would not hesitate to do business again, because in the end I got a great item at a great price.

    I ordered this pipe from bruyerpipes and he messaged me to inform me he was actually out of stock on the actual pipe I ordered and offered me an upgraded version of the pipe in its place, for the same price. Awesome customer service from this shop, I’ve ordered several pipes from him and they always arrive quickly!!! Best pipe shop on eBay!!!

    After making it to the United States, the pipe I had ordered bounced around customs for some time and then took its time to make it on the right path to me. I was worried I would find a ruined package on arrival, but the seller took great care in packaging it. The pipe made it to me safely and as described!
