    Arrived in great condition, fully bubbled wrapped and packaged beautifully. However, when I turned it on for the first time I noticed that some keys on the keyboard weren't working. I messaged the seller and they were very professional and gave me a partial refund for the price of a replacement keyboard. Other than the keyboard everything was in the exact condition described. Everyone makes mistakes, and for them to own up to it and give adequate compensation shows they're a great seller. 10/10

    Dell model as described, shipping was on time, very well packaged with internal bubble wrap for protection. Came with clean WIN 11 Pro install, boots with no issues. Great price, great eBay experience. Highly recommend this seller!
