  Arrived in great condition, fully bubbled wrapped and packaged beautifully. However, when I turned it on for the first time I noticed that some keys on the keyboard weren't working. I messaged the seller and they were very professional and gave me a partial refund for the price of a replacement keyboard. Other than the keyboard everything was in the exact condition described. Everyone makes mistakes, and for them to own up to it and give adequate compensation shows they're a great seller. 10/10

  This item was as described (Packed in factory sealed box), shipped quickly and worked with me on finding the best price for shipping cost. The price was amazing. I had been looking for a long time for one similar and this price was over half of other new printers. Thank you and will keep you in mind for future items.
