  Seller did not pack item very well, and as a result, graded card slab arrived damaged (cracked on front and back). Item was loose inside a bubble mailer. Refund was processed without question, though seller then tried to upsell on higher graded card (no replacement of same card). The seller was concerned about my satisfaction, though ultimately no deal was made on any replacement items. Considering the $8.00 price point for shipping, I feel more care should have been taken to avoid damage.

  Card was well packed. Condition was as advertised. Fast shipping. In addition, I had problems with billing on my end. Basically got double charged by eBay or PayPal, still not sure by who. However, the seller helped me get it sorted out even though he had nothing to do with it. Definitely went the extra mile to help.

  This seller is a stand up guy. Flukes happen, and in my case my card was destroyed by USPS vehicle fire. Once I learned of it, I shared the info with the seller. Upon confirmation he immediately refunded me. I'm bummed I didnt get my card, but I am happy that this seller stood by his auction and me as the customer. Dont hesitate to do business with them, I look forard to another opportunity.
