  i was patiently waited 7 weeks of delivery and big and small stains which were not announced was there they took me 20usd to clean small stains and seller's partial refund offer was insulting but i hold my anger and asked improved partial refund but they didn't take it waste of so much time and my money

  Unreasonable international buyer. I shipped the jersey day after purchase. Buyer is in Korea. I admitted fault and offered $20 towards cost of cleaning. Buyer demanded $30. I contacted eBay in regards to matter and was told to advise buyer to contact support to get the situation sorted as I couldn't do anything on my end because it was purchased through the EIS program. Proceeded to leave me a negative and tell his lies. I have the proof. I do not recommend dealing with this individual.
