  My framed "Coney Island After Labor Day Etching" arrived shattered, and pemanently damaged. I cut myself on the glass, and had to trim the etching to get it out of the frame. When I informed brooklynfinishers, they accusd me of being a "scam artist' and blocked me from any further comminication. I am actually the artist who created the etching, and not a scam artist, but be it as it may, brooklynfinishers have finished anything beautifuk that ,ight once have resided in the Brooklyn I knew.

  To be clear this buyer contacted me off ebay and demanded a refund. I asked them to open a return on ebay and they refused and instead demanded a refund without sending the item back, then threatened negative feedback if I didn’t comply—against eBay policy. I offered to resolve it properly, but they chose not to follow the return process. I’ve reported their messages for feedback extortion. I treat all customers fairly and resolve issues through the correct eBay channels.
