  Seller responded promptly to my offer. Item arrived reasonably well-packed but was, sadly, damaged - see pictures. Pity 'cos it's a beautiful item. But I put the damage down to the carrier and so haven't penalised the seller.

  Fast dispatch and delivery, item as described, well wrapped but unfortunately the courier still managed to damage the casing quite significantly. As it was bought for spares, it wasn't the end of the world, and still great value. The seller was helpful and responded quickly to my messages, recommended eBay seller

  I wanted this as a gift for my daughter. It came in time for the occasion I wanted it for. The packaging was a little damaged, but I suspect this might have been in transit. It was as described and played lovely. There were no jumps or scratches. Great value. A happy daughter = a happy mum. Thank you.
