    I must say from the very beginning of this transaction that everything went smooth. The seller gave me a good quality product for a great price that was brand new and appeared to be better than what was pictured. I plan on purchasing more products in the near future from this seller. The product was shipped and packaged with care and love.     Got the glasses today and very pleased as they were as described in excellent condition. Packaging was excellent and protected them very well as none were cracked or broken. The shipping time was reasonable too. Great value on these as well. Highly recommend this seller! Thanks Christina!

    Unfortunately my item arrived damaged from the shipping. I contacted the seller and they responded within about 10 mins and kept in contact until we had agreed on a resolution. Excellent customer service and I was vey happy with the outcome. I would gladly purchase from this seller again knowing the excellent communication and service I received. I was very happy with my transaction even though it did not arrive in the condition I had hoped.

    Excellent service and my candles are just as advertised if not better. Based on other merchants and their prices, this Feng Shui candle set is a bargain. . . Fast shipping and the packaging was tight and securely wrapped so that none of the candles got damaged. Thank you for your professional service.
