I love Staub and have a growing collection especially in this particular color which makes for a great addition. I haven't used it yet but I'm sure it will work out very well like all of my other Staub cookware. Britsense is wonderful to deal with, professional and quickly responds to questions. I received my item well packed and more importantly undamaged! It arrived a few days early which was a very nice surprise.
