    The package contained a packet of sago, not a sarong. I contacted the seller who apologised and said it was a mistake they would send one. They said a carrier would collect the sago and sent a QR label for the address. No carrier called, I printed the label and posted the sago on at the post office. The seller then asked me if the package had arrived (presumably the replacement sarong). I replied that it had not. Eventually I requested a refund but have heard nothing. Terrible service.

    Wrong item sent, I didn’t get what I ordered. Contacted seller, They never responded. Messaged them again, But still no reply. Very bad customer service. Avoid!

    Excellent quality item. Well packaged. Great price. Item arrived in good condition and on time. This will be a valuable ingredient when cooking Sri Lanka dishes. Great communication. I have added this seller to my favourite sellers, as I'll definitely be buying more from them in the future. I'll also be sharing the seller's details with my family and friends. Thank you.

    Thank you for the packets to tea received 08/02/25. The package was clearly marked 2nd Class mail and - in the usual way - it gave license to the Royal Mail to deliver when it suited them, in this case eight days later. Thank you for your kindly communication which maintained my positive attitude.

    I didn't receive the item. According to the tracking no. provided it states not yet delivered but they are telling me they have contacted Royal Mail who say it has been delivered. I have a very regular postman who knows my name and address and it has not been delivered. Haven't found the seller very trustworthy or forth coming with a replacement or refund
