The seller is a good one I wouldn't usually say anything but I just want them to know it was broken in transit and it didn't have much packaging only a little bit of bubblewrap. I'm going to try and fix it but there is alot of broken peices. All in all I respect the charity accidents happen. I'm still given you a 100% for being a tremendous agency. Thankyou

Sadly, despite the sender packaging everything really carefully and safely, the handle of one of the cups got broken off in transit. This will be easily repairable though. It was a genuine mistake by the lister as it was was hard to tell the difference as these were reproduced items. Seller refunded with no problems.
