It would have been better to pack in inside the bag with some kind of protection. I’m very happy with them it’s just an observation for future book postage. Good communication I always support BHF important charity. Good value as described packing could be improved for delicate items like old books.

Item had been looked through before I recieved it. Everything inside the box was still in its original wrapping. All parts present. Very good value for money. Not used it yet but hopefully all will be OK. Another positive purchase experience from BHF. Great communication as always. Highly recommend.

It was a good price but with postage makes it a bit over the going rate but it’s for a good cause BHF so not too bothered. Thanks
