  The vase was packed very well, and arrived right on time. The seller's description stated "great overall condition", but the enamel had a tiny chip on the vase's body. Could have happened during shipping, but if the seller had seen this prior to shipping, I would have appreciated if they had stated it in the listing. I know cloisonne is fragile, and this is not a complaint because I think the seller's statement is still accurate. Vase is beautiful and is as described in the listing.

  Package arrived securely wrapped. Took a couple extra days to arrive, maybe weather held up shipping. Very pleased with purchase, fair price, would purchase from this seller again.

  I highly recommend the seller. A 40 piece set of China was extremely well packed. It was a good thing because the post office abused the box. Not a single thing was broken inside.

  One plate did break during shipping, but the seller offered reimbursement for the damaged plate. The reimbursement was very quick. Communications were excellent and the transaction was smooth all around. I would purchase again from this seller and highly recommend them.
