  Seller messaged me to say that regrettably there were issues with the quality/availability of the item. So a refund was offered, which I accepted. Honourable and efficient behaviour by the seller, so positive feedback is justified even though I did not, in the end, receive the item.

  Very good communication from the seller. They shipped my item right away, but it took forever to arrive. It wasn’t the seller’s fault.
