  Never received item! Purchased in Feb. Knew that it would be a while to receive because they make them as they are ordered. After waiting for several weeks, I was notified of a refund from Ebay in April - never even received a courtesy note from seller explaining why the order was cancelled!

  Seller waited seven days from payment to ship and pointed to four days "handling time" in listing when I emailed after four days to enquire about about when it would be shipped. Finally shipped three days later after full week. Item was as described when finally received so giving neutral rating over negative rating deserved by lack of communication and time to ship the item.
