  Items took a little time to get here but much quicker than the estimated time. Packaging was a black plastic bag ( no protection ). Bonus was they came with batteries but who knows how long they have been in them. Others i ordered from a different seller were cheaper but didnt come with batteries. I am happy with purchase. :))

  I received the item in damaged boxes. The seller refuses to send a return label. This is their response twice: Hi, we don't have a return label, so we can only get you to complete your return by providing shipping costs. So we need your PayPal account. I do not give my Paypal account information to anyone!!! It has personal information. This seller is not to be trusted. I will never purchase anything from them again. I have decided to keep the item and rebox it myself.

  Super seller! Great communication. I didn’t actually receive this product. I realized, right after I bought it, that I had bought the wrong product for what I needed. They allowed me to cancel the order, with no problem, and refunded my money. Very efficient and pleasant to work with.
