  I wrote a note to the seller that packages sent with SunYou seem to disappear, so please do not send with SunYou but use other courier or refund. Seller replied that they use SunYou and refunded. Attentive customer service, reliable and good.

  A good quality bulb. it was sent quickly and well packaged. The bulb was for a lamp that switches on or off when the body is touched but unfortunately when it was plugged in it was on and we couldn’t switch it off. I mentioned this to the seller and said it wasn’t worth returning, but the seller has still given a full refund. I will use them again purely for the right attitude customer service, thank you.

  Only one sent out of the 2 bulbs that I ordered. Refunded for the red one and told there is no stock left despite there being more than 10 available. Would not recommend.
