  I ordered an item and had an issue receiving it. The item did not get delivered and the seller did not provide tracking information. After reaching out to them, they admitted that my package had been misplaced and got a replacement out to me in a very timely manner. Tracking was provided and the item was delivered. Communication with seller was quick and honest and they assured me they would help if needed further. Ultimately a good experience!

Minor delivery issue was immediately resolved with very little drama….I love Bugs…he is a present & the recipient will be thrilled…very well packaged and it arrived quickly after everything was sorted out….brand new in the pack!!!   Excellent condition! Beautiful minifigure and a must have for any lego Iron man collector. My order was originally missing some of the additional accessories and pieces, but I contacted thw seller, and he immediately sent out the missing parts. The price was about as good as any other available options out there, and the customer service was prompt, courteous, professional, helpful and friendly. 5 stars!

  The Lego came in perfect condition with no issues with the packaging or shipping. The sellers were quick to respond when I was send the wrong Lego and shipped out the right one.
