    You can always tell how good a seller is when something goes wrong. First package went missing (still having a conversation with Yodel 6 weeks later) but communication was always rapid and helpful. When I got my items on the second attempt they were as advertised, well packaged and good quality. Thanks

    Really please with my item which is just as described and at a keen price. Packed securely and dispatched promptly but Yodel managed to hold on to it for three extra days with no information available. Would still use this trader again but ask for a different courier. Thank you.

    Delivered quickly. Well packaged. It was nice to get a coat that actually was the size it was described by the seller. Quite often on EBay I find coats & jackets more often than not described as 1 or 2 sizes bigger than they actually are. The lovely sheepskin I purchased was from this seller was perfect and great value. Very happy with my purchase 👍

    A great fit , just as described on site . Great price , over the moon with the jacket . Can't wait for the cold weather to come back as I'll wear it with pride. Thank you so much. Delivered in secure packaging. I did miss the first attempt of royal mail to deliver . As they changed delivery time at the last minute. As I had a doctors appointment, I missed them, but it doesn't matter as they Delivered on time today. Recommended this site to all . 🤗

    Excellent product. Very happy with service. Pictures showed a darker colour though! Delivery remained hidden for a short while due to grey packaging!
