  The laptop arrived on time and as promised. I did have a very small quality problem with the first one that was sent, so when I contacted the company, it was replaced with one (within days) with one that is working just as it should. The condition of the laptop actually looks brand new everything working just great. I am pleased with the value I received because the customer support was outstanding. I highly recommend this seller!
