  I initially contacted seller because luggage I got had a defect. I could see how anyone could have missed because it was not until I packed it and used it that I noticed and the luggage arrived brand new. The seller immediately refunded me and was in perfect communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this seller because you really know someone s character when something goes wrong and they still do the right thing.

  Seller was transparent, quick to ship, and packed the item very well. Seller ensured that the item was sent in a timely manner, and I received the exact Product that I had expected. The fact that UPS dropped the ball on their end (timeliness and clear communication were severely lacking) left a bit of distaste in my mouth. The anxieties of potentially _not_ receiving an expensive item was an unexpected gift from the Shipper, and none of this reflects the Seller. Thank you Brazoria!

  Very well packed in original packaging, very quick shipping from Houston, Texas to Ontario, Canada, delays with shipping are to be expected however this was very fast. Apex MI-008 case is exactly as pictured and described. A very high quality product, vendor very easy and very professional to deal with. Excellent Ebay purchasing experience.
