    Great seller, easy no hassle transaction, product and shipping is as described, packaging could be improved, postage fee is reasonable, good value as I've received an apple care plus until next year as an added bonus for free.

    Extremely fast shipping so it is very appreciated. The item came well packaged, and with charger. It has some minor teeny scratches on screen, but no major cracks as described. The camera quality is fine, and software is well. Overall, accurate description and buying this went well. I trust this seller.

    Overall when the product arrived it was as described: an open box web-cam in very good condition. So far, working just fine. Extremely disappointed with the seller. Made three attempts to “Contact Seller” none of which were ever responded to. As soon as I placed the order, I realized the wrong shipping address was in place. I immediately sent a message to change the address. Crickets. I tried again early the next day and later. Nothing. Would never buy from the seller again.

    Communication was excellent! Kept me updated all the way. Delivery was spot on. Product was perfect condition. Can’t think of one thing I didn’t like. I would HIGHLY recommend this seller! The value for product was better than others. Quality the best. And appearance was perfect.
