    Exactly what was described. Damper came in factory packaging. Would definitely recommend this seller. The price was very good as well.

    Item arrived and is as described. As far as packaging, the seller did not include any padding, bubble wrap, or anything. The Le Creuset box was all kind of beat up; I am lucky that the item itself was not damaged. Overall, I am happy with my purchase, but I do advise seller to package better next time.

    Great product , works perfect with the silver Pivo pod ( also from this seller). I use it for horse training.The equestrian package from Pivo is very expensiv and to buy seperate parts is a good way to safe money. On top it got shipped very fast. . Will buy from this seller again. Highly recommended!
