All In stock Orders Placed before 3pm are generally sent same day via Royal Mail or DHL Express. If the advert has an extended lead time / delivery frame then this product requires additional time to process.

Even flattening the box to reduce postage size would at least evidence it is what is claimed.

Prior to entering the dispute, messages go unanswered. Such a shame for the poor customer service, as sometimes the prices are very competitive.

I messaged the seller that I was not happy with the condition the item arrived in especially as it was a new item ,after 2 messages there is no more contact from them bhp in my opinion are not worth dealing with as the stock can turn up damaged and they don’t care and won’t even bother to reply to your concerns. 💯I will not buy from bhp again❌

Messages ignored for an update. Only after a message to eBay reporting item not delivered was there any communication. Could have bought item from other places and car has been off the road for 4 weeks now. Not happy
