    Absolutely fantastic buying experience. Initial shipment was wrong product (v.D1) in the correct SRAM box. I notified them, they responded within 24hrs and got me correct product shipped out 3-day and gave me return shipping label. Will absolutely buy from again. Product brand new, exactly as described. Thanks!

    Item appearance better than described. Apparently there were supposed to be minor scuffs, but I can't see any. Works perfectly. Super fast shipping. Everything that was supposed to come with it was in the box, except for one cable (which is only necessary for two non-essential functions). I had to go to the store to buy one, but the seller promptly reimbursed me for that! Communication was prompt, courteous, and very professional. I would purchase from this seller again. Great quality and value.

    Brand new in the original box, with all the accessories we expect to receive. Price was amazing, arrived in perfect (absolutely brand new) condition, and as expected, it's Shimano Dura-Ace. Top shelf kit for sure. Shipping was lightning fast, and communication was perfect. I will shop this vendor again!

    Item was listed as open box, which it was, but was still "brand-new" in mfr's packaging. quick shipping made it a great transaction, easily one of the best bike shops on eBay.

    Item was new as described but arrived with one small part broken. This likely happened in shipping. I contacted customer support and they immediately ordered the replacement part and shipped it to me. What a great buying experience! This purchase was a great deal, I was able to save over 40% off retail.
