  If I could leave zero Stars I would I ordered the wrong piece for my car and messaged them to cancel the order because I ordered the wrong Port as soon as I send the message maybe 30 minutes to an hour later they send me a message saying the shipping label has been created. Bad business and I'm just going to have to send the part back because I do not need it. Be careful buying from them.

  Item came well packaged. Original item was lost in transit. Spoke with seller and the seller quickly shipped out another item with expedited shipped for me to get in in time. Very pleased work the seller's response and understanding of time sensitivity. The item was as described, no complaints on my end.

  Received the grille which fit correctly. Was disappointed that the Toyota logo as shown in the photo did not come with the grille. Seller did refund a portion of cost to offset missing logo to bring his charge in line with other Ebay sellers selling same grille without the logo.
