Things did not improve from there. Eventually they offered 100% refund, if I returned the item, once it had arrived back. However the address seemed oddly put, from China. It was a novelty mug but very poorly finished and to be honest not worth sending back. It arrived in a bubble wrap envelope. As you can see from the pictures, very poorly finished for £12.60

Only one parcel of 4 has even turned up! I have seen a similar review where from someone else they did the same thing to. Scam beware!

So he cancelled the order at his end and refunded my £5.46. Then when on to re-list it at £11.46, VERY POOR SELLER DO NOT TRUST

The shipping was understandably long long due to product coming from China. I will be happy to further my comments if I receive a refund.
