  I have been buying from this seller for a very long while and never had a problem apart from the last order which was for a neutral coloured cat collar which arrived with me looking very grubby..almost second hand. The seller sent me a second one, which was exactly the same. Dirty & poorly made. I popped both collars back to the seller for a refund but the envelope “was lost in the post”. I am now without collar having paid. Will never order from them again. Collars now look nasty. Shame!
