  PMAE4076 - item was as on picture and title, but not as in description (wrong MHZ). Order it hoping that the picture is from actual item. At the end received what was intended. Good packaging , fast shipping , antenna working extra good - my sl7550 connects to repeated in about 3km with NLOS - pretty good for such small thingie. 73!
