    Item was in good condition and looks exactly as pictured. The seller was also very helpful and kind - the item originally didn't arrive by the expected date. Not the seller's fault, but I reported that it hadn't arrived in the hopes we could figure out the delay. ebay refunded the purchase w/o me requesting, and then the item arrived right after the refund. I couldn't get ebay to reverse the refund, but braceletdpot was very understanding and let me pay them again.

    Exactly as described and shown in the photos! Super sweet and friendly! Answers quickly and helped me so much! Will definitely be ordering again soon! Package was shipped and delivered quickly, my bracelets came in perfectly! Thank you so so much again for all your help! Can't talk highly enough.

    The last person to buy from this seller over a year ago was me. I purchased the exact same item then. I have been unable to contact this seller. Before you buy from this seller, please be sure he is alive and still in business or you may wind up like me: paying for an item, being told it was shipped untracked, and not able to communicate with the seller.

    DISGUSTED. MY ORDER NEVER CAME. NO FORTHCOMING RESPONSE - NO REASON FOR DELAY FROM THE SELLER. UNTIL I REACHED OUT. I RECEIVED A 'PAT' RESPONSE. THEY TOOK THEMSELVES OUT OF THE EQUATION - DIDN'T TELL ME WHERE THE ITEM WAS, IN DELIVERY. I STILL EXPECTED IT. ALL THE SUDDEN I GOT A REFUND. NOT A FULL REFUND - DUE TO EBAY HOLDING BACK WHAT IT IS THEY ARE ALLOWED BY LAW. THIS PROCESS - WITH THIS SELLER - HAS MADE ME SICK. DON'T ORDER FROM BRACELETDEPOT.
