  I ordered 2 tie rod end kits of 2 ends each. I received 1 kit of 2 ends. The seller explained that there was an error in the listing and immediately refunded half of the price. Good communication. Much appreciated.

  It arrived on time and was well packaged. I didn't like the seller's deception. Their website shows a product in its original packaging from a well-known brand made in the USA, so I paid the listed price. The product arrived without its original packaging and in an envelope. Now I'm suspicious of the seller, who sent me a product of inferior quality.

  No deception. It is in fact an authentic James Gasket, We buy them in 10 packs. We don't send the original packagaing to the buyer. If you had bought 10 we would have sent the entire package. Now we have a negative review because you don't understand how things work.
