    Item was marked as shipped, but then never left Seller's possession. Seller did not respond to eBay messages. Finally, after I logged an "Item not Received:" complaint, the seller responded and shipped the item. Seller's communication was not forthright, tried to imply that the item has been shipped and lost in transit, and therefor needed to be "Re-Shipped", instead of just accepting culpability for the mistake. Unimpressive.

    Shipping time is not seller's fault. Item was promptly shipped to me in upstate New York from seller in St. Charles, MO. US Postal Service then thought it best to route this small package from St. Charles to Portland, OR, then back across the country to New Jersey, then north to me in New York. Total time in transit: nine days. Way to go, USPS.
