  Good packaging, as described. The seller and the buyer were let down by USPS which took 8 days to deliver. This is not the sellers fault (obviously). Would purchase again.

  Seller has excellent customer service. Great price on knob. Very helpful when there was a shipping issue at NO FAULT OF THE SELLER, but with usps and the weather. Packaged in OEM packaging. New condition.
