    Amazing communication, got here within 2 days like stated in the shipping. Packaged amazing and runs better than anticipated with no scratches on the body at all. Everything including the Touch Bar works just as described, better than my previous 2020 air. For the value I would definitely buy from this shop again!

    I am VERY happy with this purchase. The computer is in Very Good Condition, as described in the selling post. It is practically new except for some scuffs on the outer shell, but I'm not concerned with that at all. I was VERY impressed with the protective wrapping they used in the shipping box. There was no way the computer was getting damaged in transit with that kind of protective wrapping. Also, the seller updated the computer to the latest OS before shipping. 10/10 order and experience.

    Saw this MacBook Pro for the price it was being sold for, the free shipping, the 2017 year model and the fact that the picture that the seller does not do justice on how pristine of a condition it was when I opened the contents of the package. The customer service was also very good and prompt when asking a question about the product. 10/10 would definitely recommend this seller and would DEFINITELY be back again if I need another MacBook as a gift! Also, to the seller, thank you!

    Product was in EXCEPTIONAL condition, even though it was listed only as "fair." There was not a single scratch or blemish on the this MacBookPro. The packaging was very professional and the MBP was well protected during shipping.

    Unfortunately, the item arrived defective, but the seller handled the situation excellently. Great communication and customer service—processed the return quickly and without hassle. Unfortunate situation, but a trustworthy seller who stands by their customers. Would buy from again!
