  This is a good seller. I contacted them after only receiving half my order due to a shipping mistake. Seller immediately responded and mead it right, no questions asked. Yes, it took twice as long to receive the full order but none of us are perfect, mistakes happen, and the seller was quick to sort it out. Great job. I would definitely buy from them again.

  Super fast shipping. I love when I'm suprised by a package arriving early; package arrived on Saturday when it wasn't supposed to arrive until the following week.   Shipping was perfect. Arrived three days early packaging was perfect in a plastic bag and then in a cardboard box with plastic bag around the cardboard box. Better than described it was very nicely done excellent quality was excellent. And the value is definitely worth what was paid for it. Thank you!   You may notice experience descriptions for the large variety of totem poles I am working on for a personal project at home, are the same.
