    Buy it now price paid on the 2.07.25, tracking number provided but no package sent; no information provided even after request; refunded on the 23.07.25 with no explanation. Very disappointing experience, nothing professional!

    We have tried sending these to you twice and have provided tracking. We have refunded you and do not have the item. We will have to claim money back from courier.

    I hate leaving negative feedback but purchased an item which wasn’t dispatched. I messaged to chase but never heard back. In the end I had to open a case which they also didn’t respond to (eventually eBay refunded me). Totally understand if items are out of stock/ unavailable but some communication instead of being ignored would have been appreciated, especially as it was quite a pricey item.
