  Absolute pleasure dealing with these people- super fast turnaround, from sending it to receiving it back just 3 days! I now have SOUND back. Almost bought a new head unit (priced £480) thankfully I was told the problem was more likely a faulty amplifier. Highly recommend this service to all.

  Amazing service, after posting my broken amp it took around a week to receive it back which is quick in my opinion. While expensive it's definitely worth it to never have this issue again. It now works completely fine with no issues. Thank you!

  Messaged seller with an image of water damage on my amplifier to confirm they could help me. Clear instructions to send off original amp. Really quick service, sent my amp off and it was fixed within the day it was received by the seller, and sent back with 24hr courier. Highly recommend, and didn’t need recoding!

  The item was repaired as advertised, so no complaints about that at all. Communication wasn't the best though; I don't recall seeing any emails with instructions on how to get the amp to the seller (I found instructions on their website), or to confirm receipt of the amp. I also contacted the seller for an update, didn't receive a reply, but my repaired amp was dispatched shortly thereafter. Overall, I got the repair was done promptly, so would definitely recommend.

  Hi Hanif - thanks for your feedback - we do send an automatic emails after purchase .. but occasionally they go to spam , your email was sent on Sun, 6 Oct, 15:12. This is more an eBay 'controlling' issue as they don't supply us with a direct email address anymore , everything is filtered through their system.
