  Ítem received was as described and in perfect condition. The only issue… that it took 15 days to arrive and the vendor responded at first but at the end completely ignored me. Thankfully after more than 15 days and many attempts to get my headphones, they arrived in great condition and they are amazing. Hope this helps.

  Item arrived on time and packaged as described. Item was sealed in original packaging with a certified Bose factory refurbished seal. BOSE quality sound, speaks for itself. Once you have owned a Bose product you will replace as needed your other sound devices.

  Beware that if you order from here they will not cancel your order if you request even if just after you ordered it. Having said that item was delivered as described and worked flawlessly. I was going to cancel only because another website could deliver it faster.
