    My experience has been nothing buy exceptional with this seller. From the buying experience, to how well the item was wrapped/boxed upon delivery , to the description and quality of the item, to the wonderful and amazing value, to the speed of delivery and to the communication has been outstanding in every way!     Shipping was very prompt, excellent packing, completely matched the pictures and the description. Communication with seller was excellent. Seller was very attentive with followup shipping questions. I feel I received excellent value. I would very much recommend this seller.

    Excellent experience with the seller. The piece that I ordered survived with a fracture I do believe that this was just due to the shipping despite excellent wrapping. Given that I do feel that it was not related to the sellers care, I did let her know, but I did not expect any refund. Seller provided a refund regardless, very conscientious. Would purchase from again Excellent experience. Genuine product as prescribed excellent value.

    The light fixture arrived earlier than promised, was extremely well packaged and protected and was exactly as described. The value was great considering the item is no longer available in the big box store and we needed this specific fixture to match another. Thanks for a very positive experience. Appreciate the "buy now" option.
