  Item as described. Reasonable value for money. Delivered much later than expected but, as usual, that is the fault of EVRI , and not the seller. Don’t know why anyone continues to use EVRI as it damages your reputation.

  Brilliant frames, sadly first two delivered damaged, but two new replacements were sent out no quibble. Arrived in perfect condition quickly. Trustworthy company to deal with, with excellent communication and backup services. Thank you so much Ian Barlow

  The frame arrived damaged, it was in it's original packaging so the seller may not have realised. I sent a photo as proof and requested a refund. The seller offered a partial refund of 30%, when I declined they then offered 50%. I made it clear that I had no use for a damaged frame, that's not what I paid for. By offering a partial refund the seller has accepted the frame is damaged so why would they not offer a full refund? I will never use this seller again.

  Excellent quality picture frames, so glad I purchased two at the same time. New condition as advertised and great value. Will look even better when I pick a suitable picture to put in them. A fantastic five star seller who packed them really well to survive our local Evri setup.
