  First the postage was very fast and came in about 3 days, the seller had decent communication as they only open from Monday to Friday so but as soon as Monday came instead of me having to contact them again they instantly texted me back without me asking for a second time. Now onto the product first the packaging was OK the item shook around the box but the figure wasn't damaged in anyway overall I give the service and product a 3.75/5

  As described - all good and communication good. Sadly the courier was not so - left package (cardboard box) in back garden in the open and it was raining heavily - luckily we have helpful neighbours so when we got notification of the delivery we were able to contact them and they rescued it.

  Jigsaw, box although stated as damaged was intact and scarecly noticeable. Not opened as will be a gift for 5 year old. Overall, excellent value, condition and delivery was prompt! Thanks

  Great item, fast shipping and good communication! I thought it was too good to be true for the price, but item is genuine brio, new in plastic packaging, just no cardboard box. Super happy with my purchase, thank you!
